1、Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical engineering and power electronics；
2、Master the basic characteristics of common power semiconductor devices in the BMS and power supply markets；
3、Candidates with 3+ years of R&D experience in switching power supplies or BMS (Battery Management Systems) will be given priority；
4、Power semiconductor technical support experience preferred；
5、Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills are required
