Simultaneously, its wide VGS(v) range of ±20V and avalanche energy (E) of 81mJ (N-channel)/110mJ (P-channel) effectively resist voltage peak and surge, reducing the risk of device failure and extending the lifespan of fascia guns.

The MOT3617G Mosfet features low R (10mΩ/14mΩ), low switching loss Q=23nC (N-channel), 25nC (P-channel), and low freewheeling loss. The N-channel has a reverse recovery time of T=12ns and a typical forward voltage drop of 0.73V. The P-channel has a T=12ns and a typical voltage of -0.73V. This combination allows the MOT3617G to reduce the design requirements of the fascia gun's cooling system (e.g., reducing the number of ventilation holes and improving the body's sealing performance), so as to improve battery lifespan.
3. More powerful and stable power output.
The MOT3617G's N-channel Id=30A and P-channel Id=-20A ensure that the motor able to receive sufficient drive current under high load to improve the fascia gun's thrust (e.g., from 8 kgs to more than 10 kgs) and massage depth. Simultaneously, the MOT3617G's N-channel turn-on delay time T=6.7ns, turn-off delay time T=25ns, rising time T=15ns, and falling time T=5.6ns; The total gate charge Qg=23nC (N-channel) and 25nC (P-channel) achieve precise switching control and low-loss characteristics, and avoid fluctuations in power output. All of those result in uniform massage intensity and better performance in deep muscle relaxation.
4. Integration and high compatibility to simplify the design of driver
The N+P channel complementary integrated design reduces the difficulty of device selection and procurement costs. At the same time, it is compatible with 5V/10V gate drive voltages, eliminating the need for external drivers and simplifying the design of driver board circuit (reducing number of components and improving circuit reliability). Furthermore, the PDFN5x6 package enables pin-to-pin connectivity.
5. Smoother gear shifting and lower noise
Short switching delay and precise commutation control make the fascia gun's gear switching process seamless and smoother in frequency conversion mode.
